We here at Craft brewery try to bring curated content to our brewing readership – especially when it comes to serious product information. To do this, we partner with the best experts of our choice in a variety of categories – equipment, supplements and additives, insurance, quality control, marketing and more. If we’re talking about measuring dissolved oxygen during the brewing and packaging process, we’re usually talking with Gusmer. When discussing brand and design trends, we often work with CODO. When it comes to software (depending on type), we often turn to the smart folks at Next Glass and ops ollie.
In fact, sometimes we’ll bring these smart people directly to our readers — live and in person — so they can answer questions. Here’s an example: This week, Ollie Ops will host a webinar with Craft brewery on Wednesday, September 21 (1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. EDT), to help breweries and beer professionals learn how to streamline brewing operations with this leading software. Register right here!. It’s gonna be a good one.
Ollie Ops Brewery Management Software is an all-in-one platform purpose-built to streamline brewery operations, order fulfillment, inventory, reporting, e-commerce and more. Ollie Ops’ technology enables brewers to manage grain-to-glass business operations, while juggling production, wholesale and retail orders. Leveraging Ollie Ops allows craft brewers to drill down into every detail of their business, improving their bottom line. Here is an example: Cost of Goods Sold or COGS. Ollie will be performing product-driven COGS calculations all day. Ollie measures the cost of each batch and incorporates the loss into your final packaged product.
It is a complete but not complex software service. Ollie Ops’ user-friendly interface is an extension of the brewer’s natural workflows for brewery processes. Manage your tasks and those of your employees with a simple and intuitive task system that will alert your employees when they have new tasks to complete. Ollie’s drag-and-drop planner makes planning all your fermentations simple. Click on a date to schedule an infusion and simply drag it to place it where it needs to go. It’s so easy. No more paper shuffling journals, wet hands and lost pens. Simple one-click brew log entries allow you to save all your important data and get back to making beer.
